Help Center

A practical guide for using the website, planning tools, slab marketplace, quote workflows, and future mobile apps presented through TheCountertopClub.com.

Quick links

1. Shop marketplace slabs

  • Browse marketplace slabs by brand or category.
  • Open a listing to review the slab image, price, inventory, and available thickness or finish variants.
  • Use the quantity controls to add material to your project or start a job flow.

2. Start and resume a job

  • When you add material to a job, the platform creates or resumes a project record.
  • You can continue through drawing, slab layout, install estimate, checkout, and quote request steps.
  • Draft jobs can be resumed later from your account or from resume links throughout the site.

3. Use the drawing tool

  • Choose a drawing tool such as rectangle, line, freehand, text, or cutout.
  • Draw your countertop pieces on the canvas, then edit dimensions, duplicate shapes, or reorder pieces as needed.
  • The drawing workspace is a planning tool. Final field dimensions and fabrication details must be confirmed by the responsible fabricator.

4. Use slab layout

  • Move from drawing into slab layout to stage and place pieces on slab images.
  • Use slab actions and piece actions to add slabs, rotate pieces, review fit status, and plan seams.
  • If multiple slabs are needed, the planner can show staging and additional slab requirements.

5. Generate renders

  • Render tools help visualize how materials may look in a kitchen or project photo.
  • Photo quality affects results. Clear, level photos with visible counters produce better outputs.
  • Renders, previews, and AR outputs are reference and visualization tools only. Final fabricated or installed results may differ, and often will differ, due to material variation, lighting, measurements, seam decisions, fabrication methods, and real-world site conditions.

6. Request an estimate or quote

  • You can request install pricing, send a quote request, or route a job to a participating fabricator.
  • Fabricators use packet details, drawings, slab selections, and layout information to review or claim work.
  • Final pricing may change if measurements, slab quantity, logistics, or scope change before fabrication.

7. Use future mobile apps

  • This help content also applies to apps presented by TheCountertopClub.com, including CounterRender AI, CountertopClub AR, Counter AR, and future related apps.
  • If an app requests camera, photo library, file, or notification permissions, those permissions are only needed for the features you choose to use.
