Account Deletion
This page explains how website and app users can request deletion of their Countertop Club account and related personal information.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected].
- Use the subject line "Account deletion request".
- Include the email address tied to your account and any project or order reference that helps us identify the account.
- We may reply to verify identity before processing the request.
What gets deleted
Once verified, we will delete or de-identify account profile information and app or website access data that we no longer need for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or operational purposes.
What may be retained
Some records may need to be retained, including order records, payment metadata, tax records, legal compliance records, fraud prevention logs, and project records tied to active or historical transactions.
Processing time
We aim to respond within a reasonable time after verifying the request. Timing may vary depending on account status, active orders, and legal retention obligations.
