Fabricator Partner Terms

1. Scope

These terms govern fabricator use of the portal, lead and claim workflows, estimates, and related platform features.

2. Independent Contractor Status

Fabricators are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of The Countertop Club LLC.

3. Approval and Access

Portal access for production workflows may be limited until your application is approved. You must provide accurate and current business, licensing, and insurance information.

4. Fabrication and Installation Responsibility

You are solely responsible for templating, fabrication, installation, code compliance, jobsite safety, workmanship, and customer-facing execution of your services.

5. Delivery and Receipt Coordination

Delivery and receipt are coordinated between customer and fabricator (and shipping providers, if any). The Countertop Club may assist with communications but is not responsible for transit, unloading, acceptance, or damage claims.

6. Compliance and Documentation

You represent that required licenses, insurance, and compliance obligations are maintained and available for verification at all times.

7. Data and Confidentiality

Customer and project data is confidential. You may only use platform data for legitimate project fulfillment and must protect it according to applicable law.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, repeated quality concerns, legal/compliance risk, or other operational and safety reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Countertop Club LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages related to partner operations.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by Washington law. Venue for disputes is Spokane County, Washington, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued portal use after updates constitutes acceptance.
